Your account

Whether you run an ISO or track your own commissions as an account representative, your MySplitPay account works the same way. This page covers the basics: signing in, recovering and changing your password, updating your profile, and picking a theme.

Signing in

Sign in at the login page with your email and password. If either is wrong, you’ll see a single generic message — the platform deliberately doesn’t reveal which part failed.

If you belong to more than one organization, you’ll pick which one to enter after signing in. If you belong to exactly one, you’re taken straight into it.

Tip

Your email address is your sign-in identity across every organization you belong to — one login, even if you work with more than one ISO.

Switching between organizations

The name of the organization you’re working in is always shown in the top bar. If you belong to more than one, click it to open the switcher — your current organization is checkmarked, and selecting another one moves you over instantly, no sign-out needed.

Everything you see in the app — reps, merchants, ledgers, payouts — is scoped to the organization you currently have selected, so if something seems missing, check the top bar first.

Forgot your password?

Use Forgot password on the login screen. Enter your email and the platform sends a reset link.

• The confirmation screen always shows success — even if no account exists for the address — so double-check you entered the email your account is registered under.
• The email comes from the sign-in service rather than MySplitPay itself, so check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.

Note

After a password reset, you’re signed out everywhere and need to sign in again with the new password. That’s expected, not a glitch.

Updating your profile

Open the account menu in the top-right corner and choose User Settings. From there you can:

• Name — edit your display name.
• Phone — add or update your phone number.
• Email — shown for reference; it’s your sign-in identity and can’t be changed from this screen.

Your role (Owner, Admin, or Account Rep) is displayed on your profile — it’s assigned by your organization, not something you set yourself.

Changing your password

Also in User Settings, under Change Password: enter your current password and your new one. A strength meter helps you pick something solid.

Caution

Changing your password signs out your other sessions — any browser or device still signed in with the old password will need to sign in again.

Dark mode, light mode, or system

In User Settings you can set the theme to Dark, Light, or System (which follows your device’s setting). The choice applies immediately and is remembered on that browser.

Signing out

Open the account menu in the top-right corner and choose Sign out.
